Steps to reproduce: Create a machine with modules inside, whether from a blueprint or from cut and paste tools. Do not have said modules in your inventory/logistics network, so that the machine has the blue missing modules icon. Attempt to copy or cut that machine.
I was going to report that item request slots aren't being cut/copied properly when I came across this. Am I then correct in believing that there is no way to handle them?
I blacklisted all non-blueprintable entities (including the item-request-proxy) to fix the crash but I could easily add support for cut & pasting of the item-requests-proxy
