The settings stage comes before the stage where mods can add qualities, so this mod cannot tell how many qualities you have in your game.
The only thing I could add is a custom field where you could type the name of the qualities yourself. You would type something like "mythic=Beyond Flawless, supermythic=Gamebreaking".
