Your suggestion to make the spidertron infinite research tech would actually be amazing. It would properly balance it.

If you added a "starting grid size" x + y setting that then went up by 1 per infinite research, that would be such an amazing feature.

Maybe make spidertron inventory size go up by increments of either 5 or 10; and make the grid go up by 1 x and/or y (choosable research perhaps?) per grid size research?

Please do implement the infinite research though! All the other mods just make the spidertron broken from the start in terms of grid size or make you have to research higher tiers of spidertrons.
