g Can individual players change in-game while multiplayer?

As title, is this something each player can do in game and have separate settings or is it map wide?

I don't have an easy way to test this atm with multiple people, but I love the idea (eye sight not that good) and want to suggest using this on a multiplayer server I am on a lot.

Startup settings are map-wide. Being map settings, it also requires a restart between setting changes for them to take effect.
