Allows you to switch around the inputs/outputs on chemistry things.
Providing the player with new tools or adjusting the game interface, without fundamentally changing gameplay.
like the title says the blueprint support doesn't work properly. Flipped chemical plants can be blueprinted, but when layed down the flipped chemical plants aren't placed by bots.
And ghosts of the flipped items can not be placed.
