Building Platform

Add building platform at world generation. Some building can only be placed on those platform. You will need to take care on how you do some design to fit them on building platform and your base will have less space to expand.

b Omnimatter suite building are placable not only on plattforms

as title says all buildings of omnimatter, omnicrystal and the other omni mods are placabnl everywere and not just at platforms

Since I never played with omni suite, I downloaded all of them and test to place building inside and outside platform. The only building not restricted that I saw is the electric omnitractor. The solution is adding a optionnal dependencie since those building are added at the last phase after I apply all restriction.

Are there some building that you saw not restricted that I miss ?
