Building Platform

Add building platform at world generation. Some building can only be placed on those platform. You will need to take care on how you do some design to fit them on building platform and your base will have less space to expand.

Is it possible to set specific size and rate for platforms?
E.g. 100x100 and gap 200 tiles between them? It would be fine, if they are not perfect square, or gap is randomized. Just need roughly these sizes.

At the moment no, I have worked on a new custom placement code, but I don't have time to mod anymore. For the moment it use factorio resources placement that can't be tweak like that.
If you find another mod, RSO like, that do custom placement that you like, tell me, I will make my mod work with it as a temporary measure.

Last release (1.0.8 and 1.1.8) add a new optionnal generation named "grid". Square of config specified size of platform spaced with a number (config specified) tile.
