Providing the player with new tools or adjusting the game interface, without fundamentally changing gameplay.

Updated for 0.17, and took opportunity to reduce cost a bit (was a bit too expensive) I don't really have time to test (should be ok though...) but if any problems tell me :)
Note: It uses automation research material now.
