Am I missing something ? I'm unable to put red and green wires between items. When I have a wire in hand to set up a working condition, it instead opens the item window. Tried with alt, ctrl, ... nothing works.
Anyway, very nice mod, great work, I love it :-)

Ok, got it, you need to put the wires in your inventory, wich is one of the rare allowed items in inventory :-P

There are a small number of different kinds of things allowed in your 'inventory' for just this reason. If I remember correctly, modules are another.
