Not quite sure what you mean. This scenario was only released for Factorio 0.16, so if you have Factorio 0.16 installed, it should not be incompatible. If have Factorio 0.15, which is the Steam version unless you apply for the 0.16 beta branch, then you'll get a message saying the mod is incompatible.
