It mentions how this tier is better for UPS only. They also have a half-drain of normal water when they do not consume power.
Also, they are still superior because they do not consume power. 300kw of consumption is just gone. You trade off a bit of carry capacity and speed for robots that need no maintenance. I propose rebranding them into Fusion Robots.
