Logistic robots are available from the start. Adds a new tier of "steam-powered" robots for the early game, and several new tiers for later.

just an fyi i made a fork to fix a crash bug with underhaul and also worker robot teleportation couldn't be researched due to needing an infinite tech as a prereq (https://mods.factorio.com/mod/botsbotsbotsfork)
updated my fork to not crash with space age and removed some stuff my friends called "op"
