Has a hard dependency for Bob's Metals, Chemicals and Intermediates (bobplates) so it prevents use without it, even if you have Bob's Logistics (boblogistics) installed and just want to use Vanilla materials. Would be nice if that was an optional dependency and it would enable without it and just have the copper/plastic/steel/stone type pipes enabled by Bob's Logistics alone.
