When the groundwater is turned off, lithia water is also turned off. Doesn't that seem right? I have not found another way to get lithium.

Any ideas how to make lithia water if i've started without it? I've tried to enabled and explore some more area - and can't find it. Looks my progress broken, and i don't want to lose 40+ hrs.

Yes, it's fine, just not so clear to understand.
And yes, there is info in Factoripedia, and same not clear - it's in a pump that fills a barrels. I think, better to make a dedicated pump for it.
