the cobalt processing with limestone isn't showing on the chemical furnaces of all 3 types was that a issue for anyone else or is there something I'm missing.

Are you talking about the recipe Cobaltite + Limestone = 2x Cobalt Oxide? It will only be enabled if one of these mod settings is enabled: "Enable cobalt ore" or "Nickel gives Cobalt". Otherwise Cobalt Oxide is just produced as a by-product of smelting copper.
