Adds a series of useful functions used by Bob's Mods. These can easilly be used by other mods too.

The main issues I'm aware with are in the Classes mod, and I've been working on fixing some of those.

I mean, they should work already, there's just a few issues here and there. No ETA, they're really difficult to figure out.
