What mods do you have installed?
Bobpower changes all the base game oil products to have a fuel value
Bobplates (metals Chemicals and Intermediates) does that, and also adds new ones, like Liquid fuel and Hydrogen
Bobrevamp also adds Hydrazine.
Then Angel's mods delete most of my fuel values on purpose
