I get this bug not when using blueprint aligner, but just when i am holding a (rail) blueprint? I think i used blueprint aligner to create the blueprint but it was long ago.
The mod Blueprint aligner (1.1.0) caused a non-recoverable error.
Please report this error to the mod author.
