I have it set to 4 tick speed, if i sit around for a bit, control click on a chest, or mine some trees, it stops working, on all worlds. only way to get it to work again is to save and exit, disable the mod, reload into the save, save the world without the mod, and reenable it. it get tedious after a while...

non-extended version of Bluebuild has this problem as well.
that's how i got here, experiencing the exact same thing and was actually looking for an alternative of bluebuild, happy to see your message so i know i wont have to try this version.

Placing any blueprint fixes this problem for me
