Actually i just take the new ore icons which already exist in the Factorio folder (\data\base\graphics\icons\icons-new), but for some reason the developers not use it in the vanilla game, and tweak the hue settings to make the iron and copper for "Realistic Ores". i'm not a graphic designer to make this from scratch.
