Your character becomes a biter. No in-game changes. (On a existing game you have to die first to be a biter)
Small changes concerning balance, gameplay, or graphics.
If you remove the mod you can no longer play on that save as your player will disappear and you'll be stuck without an inventory, similar to the map editor.
