Hi, get a crash on current version. All mods updated and latest factorio patch

Tried to disable the lawnmower in Dectorio and got a error with a different mod:

I never knew "selection-tool" could be a crafted type! Version 0.18.10 now just saves a log rather than crashing the game with this sort of error.
