As for the intention... This mod was planned as small tweaks to balance/complicate the experience of playing with the SE+K2+BZ mods. First of all, I made it for personal use, but then I thought this settings might be interesting to someone, so I posted it here. I made all the settings switchable so that everyone could choose only what they need.
