Autofill inserts items (ammo,fuel,etc) inside entities when placing them in the world.
Providing the player with new tools or adjusting the game interface, without fundamentally changing gameplay.

What version of autofill are you using? And did you recently remove or upgrade Bio-Industries from your save?
Updating to the latest version of autofill should fix the problem. if not then you will need to run /c remote.call("af", "resetMod")
Crap, I removed Bio-industries, but if I run that console command I will loose achievements. I'll just keep bio industries installed.
Latest autofill update should fix it :)
Also you can uninstall autofill Load and Save your game, then reinstall autofill.
