Not sure if this is related, but this mod is partially incompatible with any mod that reverses the queue mode. I was using https://mods.factorio.com/mod/QueueToFrontLimited and the untoggling happened any time I was in alt-q mode. It did not happen when the alt-q mode was turned off.
