The rocket control circuit is an item added by Coppermine’s Bob’s module rebalancing which is normally only used in the recipe for the rocket control unit. However, Pyanodons Petroleum Handling overrides the rocket control unit’s recipe, and the new recipe doesn’t use rocket control circuits.
