[Obsolete] Astroponics Muluna Compatibility deprecated

Resolves compatibility between Astroponics and Muluna that prevents load on start (technology loop).

Hi Kryzeth, thanks for making this! would you mind if I added this compat work in the base Astroponics mod? I'm flattered you went to the effort of adding support between the two, and sorry about introducing this with an update, I hadn't been testing with all planets

Wow, I really wasn't expecting the attention of both mod authors so quickly with this mod, lol.

According to the Muluna mod dev in this other discussion thread, posted just an hour after yours, the compatibility issue has already been resolved from their end, so I'll just be deprecating this mod as it's no longer needed.

But in case this ever comes up again in the future, no need to ask permission; the license for the code itself is BY-NC (tl;dr free to adapt and share, must give credit, no making money off it), but it was only 3 lines of code anyways, that just calls the stdlib base to remove a prereq tech and then add a different prereq tech to resolve the issue.

You (or anyone else) is totally free to open it up, see how it works, and implement a similar solution using your own library!

I thought the issue might be on the Muluna side anyways, since they completely change up how the space science part of the tech tree works, and could break many other mods in the process, so I'm glad they were able to resolve it from their end.
