HI, has the tittle said, the option to change color don't show up. You have to go in the Appdata files if you want to change the color.
I haven't heard any other reports of this. I just checked in a clean install, and it does show up. They are on the "Startup" tab: https://imgur.com/a/CRQ8d8I
If you still don't see them, I'm not sure what could be wrong.
