the mods that where updated where
Amator Phasma's Coal & steam -> 0.23.6
Amator Phasma's Energy -> 0.23.2
Amator Phasma's Resource Pack -> 0.23.3
LTN Manager -> 0.4.15
Reverse Factory -> 8.1.12

everything was working great before this

Hi! Can you provide test save with your settings & mods with reporoducing error?
it will help me to find error more faster, because i don't play actually with Starfall fo last 2 years (

Sorry, i can't reproduce on win/linux with your provided save =(
i added startup settings in version 0.19.56 (apm_starfall_update_01801_disable)
try turn it on and try on your local machine
