Probably it would be better to organize translations on special platform, like https://crowdin.com/ or https://transifex.com? Because for me it looks like that on GitHub it is not clear which strings aren't translated yet. And repository becomes "snapshot" of crowdin/transifex project, that is every day/week strings from crowdin/transifex project will be transformed into .cfg files
