How are you supposed to make "Science 5 -Energy" that requires a boiler if the boiler recipe isn't unlocked until after "Fluid Handling" & "Steam Power" which both require "Science 5 - Energy"? This completely stops all progress!!!
Yes, I ran into this as well. Thankfully, you can temporarily disable this requirement in the mod settings for MSP. I simply disabled Science 5 - Energy, researched boilers and re-enabled it.
