Motivation:
Triangle alert icons are too large, and, when many alerts are shown, also visually polluting. Often the case with electricity alerts.

Notes:
- Two Opt-in alert-arrow variants are provided. Image shows base VS a variant.
- Inkscape vectors are included if you wanna modify the icons yourself.

Known Issues:
- Save-independent settings are not supported. With the mod enabled, saving, quitting, changing settings, then loading, displays an annoying dialog, prompting you to inherit the save's settings, or ignore doing so. This is a quirk of the API that, as far as I can tell, is unfixable.
