Playing the Farlands modpack with Global Warming disabled, and after recently updating the individual mods tiles no longer stack to 1k (it's now 200). Some other mod's update broke it though, so more of a compatibility issue. Belts are also stacking to 100 instead of 50 like they used to, if that's relevant.
