Hey does this mod work with Bob's ores too? (Or all types of ores?)

In theory: Yes, this mod automatically detects non infinite ores and spawns infinite ores for them for any and all mods.

However: I can't test all mods so there might be compatability issues so the only way to be sure is to try it out. If it doesn't work you can post again and I'll try to fix it.

I've been testing with Bobores, and noticed that the gems and galena ore are messed up (Gems spawn the infinite ores, but don't allow any gem items to be harvested, and Galena won't output nickel when nickel is enabled as part of galena)
