Doesn't happen consistently, so I haven't been able to narrow down possible causes, but sometimes after loading a world air filter machines (that have no spare filters) that were in the middle of filtering air will behave as if they have no air filter, but will continue progress when a spare filter is inserted. I am using the Farlands modpack with Global Warming disabled.
