was looking into crafting/power/emissions and looks that MK3 is off balance:
crafting/power(kw)/emissions
mk1 - 1/200/-0.06
mk2 - 2/350/-0.12
mk3 - 5/1000/-0.3
So crafting and emissions are changing with same ratio but power on MK1->MK2 is with smaller change (which is expected as there need to be reason for upgrade them) but MK1->MK3 is having same ratio on all 3 stats so there is no reason for upgrade. by rough calculation MK3 should use 700-750kW power.

If you take into account, that higher power consumption results in higher "pollution cleaning", then the MK3 might even be a little overpowered. You have to multiply emission with power consumption to get the pollution reduction per tick.
