Aaand that title is as obscure as it gets.

So, the longer version: 

If you copy from an assembler to a requester, and then a bot shows up on top of the chest and you accidentally click between the bot and the chest (I think that's what happens), then instead of adding a stack to the chest's requests, the request is adjusted as if the mod was not present. No error message or anything.

As mods that modify bots, I'm using Bob's and one of the Pickers mod which makes bots unminable, so I'm not sure if this issue arises because of this mod alone, or because of a weird interaction.

So I've taken a look at it and I can't reproduce the issue. Tried my best to reproduce it, but just can't.

Can you share your save file and your mods folder? You can host it on Mediafire or Dropbox.

That and if you can reproduce the bug would be awesome, and steps to reproduce so I can fix it.

That has to be a mods interaction shenanigan then, because I tell you: it happens literally ALL the time. It was just a bit of a hassle at first, but as my base grew bigger and I unlocked more and more movespeed for the bots…

Every time I'm setting a requester chest, I have to stalk for that one moment when I can click between the neverending shower of logistic bots. Hopefully, once I have the first stack set, I can use Picker Tweaks to multiply the values rather than having to click multiple times. Oh the torture it would be.

So yeah, the steps are:
— Place down a requester chest.
— Copy from an assembler to the chest.
— Try to do it again when the bots are coming. And they will come.*
Note that it happens with Vanilla as well as with modded requesters, whether it's Bob's or the bigger warehouses or silos from Angel's for instance.

*That one is a bit confusing. Apparently, it happens if you paste on a bot that is sharing the same square as the chest, even if said bot is just passing by and not actually going for that specific requester. In any case, the radius is larger than “pasting between a bot and a chest” as I first supposed, since it happens with so much regularity.

Anyway. I have uploaded a save for something related to another mod earlier. But it shares the required loadout for that issue to happen. As for the mods folder, that'll have to wait tomorrow.

Just a quick update on that issue, and additional information.

In the mods settings, I had it set to paste one stack. Recently, I changed it to 5 then 10 for reasons. And guess what? I tried to reproduce it on purpose with these settings but it hasn't happened a single time since.

On the other hand, there is another issue that appeared. It happens sometimes, but when it does, it will do so every single time. I'll describe what happened.

I was using Angel's Big Requester Chest, which is a 2×2, 60 slots chest. So I pasted a recipe from an assembler (two different items, 200 stack size each) with the stack-per-paste setting on 10, so one paste would equal 2000 for each. I pasted it three times, which should have been 6000 and 6000. Problem: at the third paste, the first ingredient was set to 6000, while the second remained at 4000. Any ulterior paste would do nothing. If I cleared the requests (either normally or through the mods copy-paste on the same chest) and tried again, the issue would arise again.

As I said, it happens unreliably so I can't reproduce it nor do I know the cause. Also, I didn't think about trying to remove the chest and try again, but I'll do so and update you on the result if it happens again.

Anyway, that's not an issue at all since it happens so rarely but I just wanted you to know that it happens.

The bots issue I just cannot reproduce at all, I tried a special setup with thousands of bots flying over and nothing happens.

I've re-written the pasting behaviour, this shouldn't happen anymore. Please check the newest version ^_^
