Adds Science pack 0 to AAII (AAI Industry) for compatibility with PyCoal (Pyanodons Coal Processing)
When i'm playing with PYCP i need 150 SP 1 i need really many glass and i'm producing tons of tar when too few opportunities to use tar fully I think at very start we need only SP 0 not SP 1 bcuz its technologies from AAI Industry
