This is fixable but really annoying to have to launch the game 20 or so times, each time waiting for it to load, then throw an error. Using the error I then have to locate the technology icon path and paste "icon_size = 32," underneath it to prevent the game from giving an Error on startup.
I've yet to see if this will completely fix the errors, but so far that's the only progress I managed to make.
A less favorable solution is editing Yuoki's archive and messing with each icon, scaling it up to 64px
