Reduce information overload of using Yuoki's Mod's by unlocking the Yuoki Industries and Engines Addon (Optional) through a tech tree.

I added this tech tree mod to a Youki game that already has 3+ hours and found it doesn't hide most of the yuoki items compared to a new game. How do I force hide these items so I can unlock it via tech?
