I deleted some chunks with the mod "Delete Empty Chunks" by Strath. I was in-game with my full map visible, I clicked the button to delete chunks, and then noticed lots of random patches I selected with YARM went red and zero'ed out, this was to be expected. I believe this is the problem, I was able to continue playing, but saving and reloading the save file caused a "Your save file is probably corrupted" message with YARM mod mentioned.

Perhaps these YARM watched patches could be ignored or deleted upon loading the save game or when YARM detects the chunk it it monitoring for an ore patch is missing. Thanks.
