Hi, guys -- yep, sorting is on the todo list, but not in the next couple of releases. I'll come back and notify when it happens, or you can follow the Github issue.
Sort options are now available in the Mod Settings --> Player menu (as of version 0.8.7).
You can now sort the resource list by: - Remaining percentage - Ore count - Estimated time to depletion - Ore type (alphabetical), then ore count
