YARM - Resource Monitor

by Narc

This mod helps you to keep track of your mining sites, with useful data such as the percent mined, and estimated time to depletion.

i Possible addition: Production rate (current rate DIV historic maximum rate)

Hi,
i just wanted to share a suggestion for an improvement of YARM: After a while i felt that the displayed information about my mining sites lacked an important point. I was not able to determine the degradation of the mining site, because just looking at the current mining rate per min is not sufficient (unfortunately i am not able to memorize the peak production of each site). I suggest therefore an additional column to display the current production rate compared to the historical maximum rate of the mine:

Example:
Start of operation: 50 miners, output = 1500 ore/min, production rate = 100%
After a while: still 50 miners, but some of them ran dry, therefore only an output of 1000 ore/min, -> displayed production rate = 66% (= 1000 div 1500).

This would help a lot in maintaining your mining sites to adjust the miners (eg: remove those that ran dry or rearange belts if belt cappacity is insufficient)

What do you think?

YES please add something like this. The monitor only alerts when the overall patch reduces to a certain size, but by then the production has slowed so much.

e.g. today my initial coal patch is still producing loads of coal and is still at 50% size (according to YARM) but it's also slowed down production so much that I just had a power outage!

Thankfully a quick fix and I'm back up and running, but having some way of alerting other than overall size (resources/minute or production rate) would be massively helpful.
