Suggest to nerf ethanol fuel a bit, currently its more powerful then rocket fuel.
It is kind of intentional. You make rocket fuel anyway for rockets, using it for trains is almost no extra work. If you do extra work to make ethanol fuel, you have the benefit of a better fuel.
