[1] Unzip the mod into the Factorio/mods folder (remove the zip if it's also there). Open the unzipped mod folder.
[2] Edit & save the info.json file:
"factorio_version": "0.16"
[3] Edit & save the data.lua file:
Add the following line...
icon_size = 32,
...in 2 places...
a. inside the "item" block
b. inside the "technology" block
[4] Run Factorio and research the waterfill technology. Build waterfill in an assembly machine piped to water (not handcraft-able).
