Hello, why make a mod for a vanilla fonction of the game

1) I dont know editor at all. My bad... need more research.
2) Check new version. I dont now if there is any other mod with this new options. I could be wrong of course :)
3) Im trying to learn modding for this game bcs it gives me unlimited option in the future.
4) This mod was mostly for personal use mostly... dont be mad.
