Start with Power Armor Mk.2, two personal roboport mk.2, 50 construction robots, three portable fusion reactors, two battery mk.2s, 1000 iron plates and 500 copper plates.
I found this commit in your github https://github.com/afaulconbridge/UberBotStart/commit/eef9b8f393b3e5fa0f87b50f628b2b0f78f45415 which generates version 0.1.3 of the mod, but it never has reached mods Factorio, seems you forgot to publish it.
