Toggle minimap, research progress, toolbar, alerts and rail block visualisation on and off with hotkeys.

There is a "Toggle GUI visibility" control in the game by default it is set to ctrl+shift+F4 (and don't hit alt, as that will close the game.) But I'm not sure whether individual controls are in the game.
