Just a small comment - the power drain from old mod was intended as an inefficiency de-buff. Due to storing a lot of energy inside them in the liquid form - transformers actually outperformed batteries as a storage device, so I've added the tiny percentage drain to deter people from abusing it. After all real transformers aren't conserving 100% of the power either - some goes out as heat.
Would be cool to have at least some drain back I think, but I guess it doesn't matter much.
