I placed the cargo wagons into the upgrade chest, but it's not taking them. A little dissapointed, not going to be able to build much more without more space.
Never mind, it needs 10 at a time I think. It was just waiting until there was enough
To clarify, 1 cargo wagon = 8 tiles. But only a whole column is added at a time. Thus you need 8 wagons to upgrade.
